Customers
People and companies you onboard, with documents, notes and KYC status on one page.
For crypto exchanges and brokers in Armenia
Customers, KYC, wallets and transactions in one folder on your computer. Posted transactions are chained together, so any later change shows. When the CBA, a bank or your auditor asks, export one customer or everything, or build a PDF dossier with the ID scans attached.

Armenia pack: AMD, Yerevan time, CBA export fields
People and companies you onboard, with documents, notes and KYC status on one page.
Verify through your own Sumsub account or record a manual check. Sumsub's AML result, rejection labels and risk labels are pulled into the customer page. A customer can't trade until approved.
Record each transaction with its network and the rate you traded at. Enter the CBA calculation rate for USDT and USDC once a day, and every transaction shows both rates and the AMD difference.
Lists customers with transactions but no KYC, wallets with no owner, transactions with no customer and on-chain transfers with no wallet. Each one comes with a fix.
Open a case for an alert, a review or a KYC gap. Link it to the customer and wallet, keep your notes in it, and track it from open to resolved.
XLSX, PDF and Markdown for everything, one customer or one transaction. Build a PDF dossier with ID scans, selfies and documents attached.
Every transaction has a risk factors table. Send it to Sumsub Transaction Monitoring and the matched rules land as rows, or add your own. Overrides keep the original.
Build scored questionnaires for customers or transactions: PEP, country risk, source of funds, anything you assess. The score suggests a level; applying it is recorded.
A client wants 10,000 USDT and you don't hold it yet. Take the order, record your market purchase, then the delivery. Every step is timestamped.
Armenia
Choose the Armenia pack when you create a vault. It sets the defaults and export columns listed here. It's a record-keeping aid, not CBA approval.
Setting up Sumsub for Armenian rulesYour data
Your vault is plain files. Back it up, sync it or version it like any other folder. The app doesn't encrypt the files yet, so keep the vault on an encrypted disk (FileVault or BitLocker). A vault passphrase is planned.
Record and review without a connection. Three things use the internet: Sumsub checks, app updates and anonymous usage reports. Usage reports are on by default, never include your records, and can be turned off in Settings → Privacy.
The desktop app is free: customers, KYC, risk, wallets, transactions and exports. No account, trial or subscription. Sumsub checks run on your own Sumsub account.
For enterprises
For exchanges and brokerages with several operators, a compliance team or existing systems. Talk to us about onboarding, or about a hosted version run for you.
We set up your vault and Armenia pack, connect Sumsub, tailor your risk forms, bring in existing records from spreadsheets and train your team.
Prefer not to run it on your own computers? We can host Open Dram for your company, with backups and access for your whole team. Available on request.
Connect Open Dram to your KYT provider, banking rails, internal systems or reporting pipeline.
A shared vault for several operators with roles is in development. Tell us how your team works to get early access.
macOS (Apple silicon or Intel) and Windows. Builds that aren't published yet are marked.
