Your responsibilities when using the Open Dram desktop app and website.

## 1. About Open Dram

Open Dram is maintained by Arman Mamyan. These terms cover the desktop app and this website.

## 2. What the app does

Open Dram records users, wallets and transactions and produces exports. It does not hold funds or execute blockchain transfers.

Local user, wallet and transaction management, supported customization and exports are free forever, with no registration required.

## 3. Your records

Your records remain yours. You are responsible for their accuracy, lawful use, access permissions and backups. Review exports before relying on them.

Protect the device and folders where you store the ledger. Uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete workspace files, exports or backups.

Do not use the app or website to break the law, violate others’ rights, disrupt services or distribute malicious content.

## 4. Armenian reporting templates

The Armenia pack helps organize records for CASP reporting. It is not CBA approval or certification, legal advice, or a guarantee of compliance.

Check the requirements that apply to your business and verify reports before submitting them.

## 5. Feedback and support

Share only information you have permission to provide. Keep passwords, private keys, seed phrases and customer records out of feedback.

You allow Arman Mamyan to use your suggestions to improve Open Dram without payment. A request does not guarantee implementation or a response within a particular time.

## 6. Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Open Dram is provided “as is”, without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Arman Mamyan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Open Dram. This does not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or anything the law does not allow to be excluded. Your mandatory legal rights remain unchanged.

## 7. Updates to these terms

Material changes will be identified on this page with their effective date and any notice or agreement required by law. Changes will not introduce charges for the local features covered by the free-use commitment.
