Export your ledger

Choose the scope

1. Open Exports. Set the From and To dates if you need a period-specific report.
2. Choose all records or a particular user, then select that user if required.
3. Leave sample records excluded for operational reporting. Include them only when intentionally exporting a demo.

Generate and inspect

Choose XLSX for structured spreadsheet work, PDF for a readable report, or Markdown for a text report. When generation finishes, the app shows the output path and record counts. Open the result and check the period, user selection, amounts, references and sample-data setting before sharing it.

An export is not a full backup

A scoped report can omit records, files and configuration. Back up the complete workspace separately. Exporting your local records is free forever and requires no subscription. An export is not automatically submitted to the CBA.
